Every detail in this hotel was good, I liked staff and food. The restaurant was really nice with the staff specially Paul on reception and Brian in the restaurant here, I had tasty dishes. I didn't want to leave and would stay here again.

Reasonably priced hotel with smart staff, I loved perfect location. Very comfortable building and rooms with comfortable decoration. Cereal, scrambled eggs, toast and slices of fresh bread served for breakfast. Friendly check-in.

The staff were accommodating and amiable and the location was marvellous close to metro centre. Popped in The Angel for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Top location, responsive staff. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. Lovely breakfast, excellent service. The beach was nice. I found luxury the rare grill restaurant a short walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Really enjoyed location and rooms, they were fantastic. There were lovely beds and coffee, WiFi and balcony inside the room. Amazing pool to relax in too. Mentioned hotel met the demands and my stay there was such great.

It's overall value for money, therefore no reason to complain. The location is great, the breakfast is fantastic! We enjoyed climate control, a sitting area and ironing facilities. Take a look at Gateshead district, it's worth it.

Wonderful place if you stay for shopping. Bella italia gateshead, where you can eat, is within short walking distance of the hotel. The beds are very nice.

Would definitely recommend while travelling to Newcastle upon Tyne. The hotel is spotless and the staff are LOVELY. There was a great breakfast available. We booked a double room and loved it.
